Just locked my build for 2021 C2S Cab. Is Comfort access standard now. It not on the configurator

I believe that Porsche says that it's standard. BUT unless you have a configuration that includes the electrically adjustable steering wheel and electrically adjustable seats; there's not much the system can do to comfort your access or egress. I've also discovered that due to my height (and 6' ain't all that tall) my normal seat position and steering wheel positions are already all the way back and all the way up, respectively. So although the car has comfort access for my petite wife, there really isn't such a thing for me. The seat and wheel are already made as "comfortable" as the system can do when I enter or exit the car..

Hand wave to open frunk works 1 out of 10 times for me

2020 4S here.
It almost always work with the door handle but it almost never works when you need it the most, with the frunk, even if I dangle the keys in front of it...

My trunk works 100% since someone here said wave right to left in front of the badge. Works every time,

I was lucky that my sales advisor showed me this trick when I took delivery a year ago, offsets some of the inaccuracies of the door unlock behavior.

I had something funny happen yesterday Re: comfort access. I stopped by the spray off car wash just to blow the dust off. When I sprayed the nose... from left to right... the bonnet opened. Actually made me laugh out loud. So next time around I just shot water from the side and pop.... open. Ha - I just laughed and kept spraying.

might need a tweak from Porsche to get that perfect, but for now it’s really kind of funny.

This has been a feature since at least the 991 generation.

nope I tried it on my 21 still doesn’t work. Have to waive it like an idiot for a while before I decide I need to push the button on remote
