Well, that's how Porsche works. Start turning on the leaks and info, prior to release, which is targeted for Jan 2021.
Nothing official. But add up all the points on the new blue, and now it's in these photos....with blue thread.
That photo came from a German article, which had an in depth interview with the father of everything GT at Porsche, Andreas Preuninger
And the article has now been pulled.

That's what I'm hoping for - if this is going to be a 2021 color replacing Miami Blue, I hope they put something more official / legit out in the next 30-45 days.

Probably unfinished software and prototype parts. The steering wheel also has paddles despite the gear lever indicating that this is a manual car (or they made a gear selector for the PDKs in the GT cars that looks exactly like a manual gear lever).

It's been confirmed that the GT3 gets the old 7 speed PDK with the ability to manually shift gears using the gear selector or paddles like you could with the 991. So, this mystery has been solved.
