Default Track your Dream Photo

Where is this photo I see some people posting. I have TYD access and my car (2021 Turbo S Cabriolet) is listed as “ready for transport” but I don’t see any link to a photo.

you will probably never receive it if you have not already - my car sits in the port of Houston and TYD never posted my production pictures; sad

@Vintage72 , I am really hoping you are going to love your car because between this and the significant delay that you have experienced I am hoping that as soon as you hope into it, start. the engine and feel the rush that all of the angst you have felt goes away immediately

Getting to your pictures (if there are any) is through the "My Porsche" or the "Home" page of the TYD Website.

So if you are not on the "Home" page. Select "Home" and you should see something like what is in the picture below with the #1 Arrow.

You will want to select the box that says "Discover Current Phase".

This will open up a page that will look like what you see in the picture below with the #2 Arrow.

IF you have any pictures from Porsche, and I only got the one you see here, this is where they will be. If you select the picture(s), if there are any there, you can download the picture(s) to your computer.

Hope this helps, because trying to get Porsche to load either of the two pictures that they're supposed to load, when they haven't done so, seems to be an extremely time consuming and usually unsuccessful exercise.

It’s just two photos, one of the painted body and one at the end of the line. It’s not a huge deal, but when you are waiting so long it’s a nice tidbit to receive. That’s too bad that they are inconsistent with their customer service.

They used to have a generic photo of the later stage when the car is basically complete, and then some people got their second photo there. I only have the first one, and on TYD it doesn't even show the second, generic one anymore. Some sort of change has been made, but not for the better.

Thank you Craig66, once I see it and sit in it I am confident all will be forgotten. I am only delayed a month or two, many people have had it much worse . . . . it sucks.

I'm in the UK and I asked Porsche UK about the photo's. I was told they would be in 'My Porsche' once a VIN had been allocated and production completed showing the start and end photo's.
My Turbo S just turned up at the dealers and still no photo's showing in My Porsche. Contacted them again and they are looking into this.
Slightly disappointing!!

We were one of the lucky ones to get both photos, but if they do not deliver it soon, we may go a different route...

I think the photos are available only for coupes. I don't think I have ever seen photos for cabriolet.

Not necessarily true. I have a coupe that's finished production and been sitting at port for a month, yet I've never received pictures

Thank you for posting that bluehighways - much appreciated. Unfortunately I fall into the no picture bucket.

interesting but I added the VIN of my car to the my Porsche site. It had to be confirmed with Porsche (had to send a photo of my order and my license) which took a day and now it’s there. However track my dream is now totally gone. The prior link I got for Porsche no longer works. Lol.
