I too have a VIN and the status shows my car at the port. But when I look at the main page for my car, I'm still at step 2 "waiting to be produced". Was there any resolution for this?
I asked my SA about this as I don’t have pics of my car in the factory. He said about half of the new owners get pics, while half don’t. He also said TYD is fairly new and still glitchy at times. No reason why not all cars get photographed.
My discover current phase went to stage 3
yesterday, produced 6/1, and have a vin and 1 photo with the hood up and bumper and headlights covered in a black like tarp. I hope another photo gets added of either the body or fully assembled.

I got mine a couple of days ago. First one is mine for sure (Shark ext and Slate/Chalk int.). Thought the second one was mine as well but then noticed the headlights last one is definitely not mine lol
I wish I had a photo of it painted, but stripped down (like many are showing). When I received my photo, it was pretty much the standard shot that others are getting.
My car is at the port of Baltimore for weeks now, completed, but I only got the first pic. Guess I'm never getting the 2 other pics, the nicer pics. Darnit...I printed out the first pic and put it in a cheap frame and it's on my office wall. I love it so much. I never ordered a new car, ever. This is the last car I'll ever buy, I think.
That happened to me too when mine posted last week. I tried on Chrome, Opera and Edge and had the same result. I was able to download it through my phone's web browser to get the full-sized version of those two other photos.
