Hi guys I'm close to finalizing my 992 order. I want the glass panorama roof but I'm a tall guy (6.4) and I'm not sure is there more or less head room with or without the glass panorama roof. I know some cars have less head room with the glass panorama roof not sure how it is with the 991(992).

In the front seats, more headroom, in the back seats, less headroom.

Ivan, I’m 6’4” as well and have lots of headroom in my car that has the metal sunroof. I sat in glass roof car’s and did not notice a lack of headroom. At our height, it can matter where your height is. I’m pretty “normal” in proportion but have friends my height with super long legs or torsos that make fitting in cars strange. Long story short, my opinion is that these cars have plenty of headroom.

At 6’4” you’ll be fine. 992 has lots of head room and leg room. Panoramic roof will be a non factor because it opens up and out, not down and in.

My understanding is there is less headroom with the glass roof. However, as others stated the 911 is so roomy it should not be an issue. If you happen to plan on wearing a helmet at times, might be worth confirming though.
