If I just wanted to go fast I'd get a PDK.
Doesn't sport mode force you into auto-blip though?

I hate those damned things.

Yeah, that totally works for me (and I LOVE the extra HP)!!

The 992 ... it's not driving; it's therapy.
Im all for MT in the S. I’m just saying it’s a shame it’s not offered in the base an option.

I won’t beat a dead horse with that topic though lol

yes it does but apparently you can turn it off in individual mode; I’ve not looked into that yet.

I too would have the "base" 992 if it was available with a MT.

Just finished watching the video. Never heard of them, but will need to seek them out--very enjoyable.

And I loved the Arena Red 993--such an awesome car that, looks-wise, has aged better (IMO) than the two generations succeeding it. I think they're spot on with their assessment of the 992 and the headlights fully in the fender, as well as the longitudinal creases on the hood.

Well, it is too fast, for the street. You hit the top of second gear and you’re traveling at arrest me speeds. On track it’s a different story.

I agree, it should have been offered in the base model as well. I'm sure it was a bean counter somewhere that made the recommendation not to though.

Not in Colorado. 75 mph speed limits in most places here. Plus 10 over.....

For a DD I would 992. For a fun weekend car I would go 997 gt3 or gts for sure.
