Sport Design Rear Bumperette Removal?

Dusting the cobwebs off this thread...
Would a generous SD rear bumper owner among us be willing and able to put eyes on the back of the bumper where the attachment points for the bumperette might be located?
EDIT: I realize seeing anything might be impossible with complete removal of the rear bumper, so if someone does happen to remove the rear (you know, to put an Akra exhaust on or something) and would be willing to snap a pic of the back side of the removed bumper, that would be awesome!
Also: If the bumperette is regulatory for the US, would bumperette removal be cause for loss of warranty from Porsche, or loss of insurance coverage in the event of an accident?

If I go SD rear bumper (likely) that bumperette is coming off on day 1 (assuming holes will be hidden by the plate).
Knowing it isn’t regulatory, it’s even more of a head-scratcher that it was implemented for the US market.

Interesting that my C2S with sport rear didn’t come with that ugly shiny black plastic piece around the plate.

Is this something mounted by the dealership or is it performed at the port?

This image may help.
Honestly, my 992 is on order and I hope someone comes up with a solution. The bumperette is the only cosmetic thing I dislike on the 992 carrera. Thanks all for keeping thread alive.

It’s truly not that noticeable (…and my car didn’t come with the black pieces linked a few posts above. In fact, I’ve never seen a 992 with them). The body colored mounting bracket is needed to mount U.S. plates, and if you were to remove it there would be holes from the mounting of the bracket; the mount points do not align with the mount points for the license plate. I’ve already looked into it on my own car when installing new license plate hardware. It’s not worth it (…unless you want to fill holes in the bumper, repaint the bumper……or portions of it, and drill the bumper to mount new plate hardware).
