Do you or metalblond know which roro (roll-on, roll-off) ship? PWL (the shipping company that I believe does most or all of VW Group’s exports) doesn’t have a July shipping schedule posted yet that matches the dates metalblond posted. We all are getting closer, though!

The VW group (according to the linked story) runs 9 vessels on the North Atlantic route between Germany and North America. The Siem Confucius (on its maiden transport voyage) docked June 26 in Halifax with my car and continued down the eastern seaboard. Not sure when the Siem Aristotle enters service, but along with the Confucius will replace two of the current 9 vessels which are oil burners. https://www.man-es.com/discover/lng-...riers-launched
No mention by name in this story (or any others I could find) of the other RoRos VW currently uses, but in the past couple of months Porsches have been transported to North America on the Mediterranean Highway and the Goodwood in addition to the carriers mentioned higher up in the thread (Sagittarius Leader and Siem Cicero).

I'll hound my SA later this week and if I find out about the ship I'll let you know.

I called Porsche NA and they said that my car is scheduled to leave Emden on July 17th and that the vessel name isn't released until the vehicle actually gets on board. Does that sound right? Either way, that's 10 days away!!! In the meantime, it looks like our cars are in Emden getting ready for their voyage ;-)

But to know for absolutely sure, I got the information from my SA once the 992 was boarded onto Siem Cicero (which was my guess BTW). The SA gets that information from the Shipping / Invoicing part of their management system.
My ship is scheduled to arrive in Jacksonville, FL at 3AM this Thursday. I'm really starting to get excited that my long wait is finally coming to an end.
Good luck y'all.
