Default Interesting new Cab option

I think a frunk and roof stripe has been a Coupe option for a while now, but I noticed that Porsche has now added the option to the Cab - and it includes a stripe across the fabric top as well. I don't think I've ever seen that before. Interesting.

btw, there's also a new option for a leather facing for the passenger-side cup holder.

Yeah, that looks good.

Didn't this start on the Exclusive Series Turbo Cab? It looked surprisingly good on that car. Cool to see the option trickle down.

I like the double stripe. I wish they offered it on the coupe.

Agreed. I think it looks nicer than the stripe available on the coupe, although I don't understand why they didn't extend the Cab's stripe down to the taillights like they did on the coupe.

btw, you can see the stripe with the top down. Nice touch I think.

it gets weird looking with other (non black) colors. on agate, the stripe on the hood is black, but the one on the roof is gray. looks very odd.

Can't imagine having two shades of stripe color. The sun will surely have its way with a rag top.

I don't remember the Exclusive Turbo model, but slc4s, you're right. There are a bunch of pics and vids out there of this model. I think it looks great (especially in black), but smiles has a good point. It'll be interesting to see what sun, washes, etc do to the top. But damn, check it out

Guess I get kudos for the first 'Exclusive style stripe' 992! Maybe Porsche took some inspiration from these forums!

I think it’s a nice choice to have... I’m not really a cabrio guy so it doesn’t matter if I like it, but just strikes me as a nice kind of slightly out there thing that some will find just right when trying to do something different. Much better than the fingerprint decal!
