Thanks. Sorry to hear that you can't get the aerokit. I thought they started it back up again.

It's been a few months now. So, I'm out of the loop on the latest shortages.

Personally jealous that I could never pick it, too self conscious - but congrats on a bold choice.
I was nervous about getting green at first, but I have no regrets. It looks amazing in person but gets A LOT of attention. So, if you want discrete, this isn't the color.

Python Green, one of the most beautiful and boldest Porsche colors out there.

The attempt at matchy-matchy lizard green deviated stitching is awful. Python is enough green (and perfect) in itself, all day long. And everyone should stop with the colored tach and chrono - light text on a dark background is the most relaxing and least distracting on our eyeballs and therefore safest. Anything else is trying too hard. Oh and yellow seatbelts always look like police caution tape when belted in - pass!

One of those beautiful 10 days here in Monterey. The ocean spray had that real salty smell. Not a lot of people out but at 72 degrees was perfect with the top down. All of 652 miles now!

Default Targa 4s manual in python green

Had a targa 4s in python green, a great color. Definitely an attention grabber….

Summer, winter combo, python and Rothmans.

I had reservations about Python but went for it and now love it. Some observations:
  • Attention grabber for sure - so not one for staying under the radar
  • hides dirt well
  • the green bodywork is ample color and IMO options in a contrasting color (yellow calipers if going PCCB or stitch / belts) really accentuates the overall aesthetics of the car
  • I think Python will age well just as Viper Green has. Porsche were trying hard to match a color to Viper (they cant reproduce it exactly due to modern pigments etc) and Python was the result. Here's interesting article.
