that’s good! Does strike me as odd that there should be a compatibility difference. I would welcome being educated as to why that may be the case.
do you think it is because of the turbo’s wing?

Beautiful Warren99. I just secured my allocation of course in "Python Green" April 2021 delivery, I was stoked but I am even more stoked after seeing your car

Thanks, but that’s not my car. 😀 Mine is still under lockdown at the Houston port. Just saw these pics online today and thought they looked so good. I can’t wait to post pics of my own Python though.

I have been wanting a green or orange 911 since the 997 GT3RS. I loved the Lizard Green on the 991, but am on the fence about the Python Green on the 992. My other choices are Guards or Carmine Red, or Gentian Blue. I have had cars in all the primary & secondary colors (including grey, silver, white and black) with the exception of orange and purple (unless you count the Carbon Black Metallic E46 M3 or Capri Blue C63, which both looked purple under certain lights).

Understood. I like Lizard Green as well -especially on the 991.2 GT3, and I was on the fence about Python. I pulled the trigger without seeing it. I have seen Gentian blue, and, although it looks nice in direct sunlight, I find it very dark for my taste. That was my first choice until I saw that it looks nothing like the pictures that show a rich blue in most lights. I prefer Sapphire Blue. Intense blues just aren't very popular unfortunately. I have not seen Carmine red. So, I cannot comment on it. It is a personal choice, but I took a chance on the green, because it seems to stand out the most. It will change colors in different lights. I think it will look good, but you should get what you like within your budget. PTS is just too expensive for me to justify..especially since I will drive the car.

How close is this to Python Green? (GOOGLE jay kay green ferrari) - Python Green looks great on a 992 convertible, as long as it has a black roof! USA leading the way with this colour, is mine the only UK car?

Jay drove that car to Cecconi’s for a beer one morning as a colleague was eating breakfast. My colleague didn’t know who he was and, IIRC, he often grabs a beer in the morning capping off a long night :-)

Agreed. While I would love a PTS car, I’m just not willing to spend that much for a color.

I am excited to see that track my dream is finally showing my order (The order date is way off, but I knew it would take a while due to the aerokit). YAY! I don't know how close to reality the arrival date might be. It will also be cool if I am able to see pictures of the car while it's in production. That was not available when I got the 991. It's going to be a unique build, but I'm looking forward to it.
