Tire options - Michelin PS4S
Standard 992 C2S - 245/35 ZR20 & 305/30 ZR21, OEM options are P Zero or Goodyear Eagle.
I can find Michelin PS4S - 245/35 R20 (95Y) XL (N0) TL – BUT ONLY FRONT TIRE AVAILABLE, NO REARS.
But on my 992 C2S spec sheet (last page of the PDF) I see bigger sized Sports tires at 265/35 ZR 20 and 325/30 ZR 21. What are Sports tires and do these fit the standard 992 rims?
For example Michelin PS4S available as follows:
• 265/35 R20 (99Y) XL (N0) TL
• 325/30 R21 (108Y) XL (N0) TL

You’re going to have to wait for proper fitment. There is a slightly larger 4S designed for the AMG GT that will fit. A couple of other RennListers are running with that.
I can live with the Pzeros until proper Michelin fitment arrives.

PS4s 315/30/21 will fit fine. You can go up one size without any issues. I am running 295/30/19s on my Mercedes, stock is 285/30/19 was stock.. No issues.

I bought two extra sets of Pirelli for my 992. It's strange, but one NA0 and other is NA1, but both looks the same.
My previous experience with PZero was very good. Maybe PS4S will be better, but I don't need problems with size.

No I'm in the UK and want MT, so having to wait another 6 months! N numbers are confusing but my understanding is that the numbers increase with time, so a 1 is a very slightly improved version of a zero.

I now own a green 2020 Porsche Carrera 2S, the following tyres N rated tyres are for sale in the UK, assume same is US
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S PS4S - 245/35 R20 (95Y) XL (N0) TL
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S PS4S - 315/30 R21 (105Y) XL (ND0) TL

I’m UK as well, been keeping an eye out just in case Michelin make the correct rear and it gets the Porsche stamp.
would I fit the MB 315s on the back? Probably not, but seen pics and it’s so close in size you can’t tell the difference.
Saying all this, I put non star PS4S on my M5.... the correct sizes... they made such an improvement over the standard fit pzeros it was like a new car!

305 is standard but the general consensus is that you can go up one size, not sure what NDO means but as long as it starts with an N....
When lockdown is over I'm going to check with a Porsche specialist (not OPC)

You could also consider the new Goodyear Supersports. They are nominally 10 mm larger but carry the NA0 label. You can check their actual physical size rather than the nominal label. As I recall the Pirelli NA1 are already nearly 8 mm wider than the Goodyear’s on 992s.
If you check the tire details you will find that some OEM labeled tires are the next smaller size than what the other OEM’s are using for the same sidewall label.

PS4 295/30R21s are available on TireRack. Those would fit just fine on the rear and give you slightly less grip, reduce understeer. I just got my car and will likely be several months until I toss the Pirelliis but will happily move to this size for the rears.

Anyone know the latest on the proper PS4S fitment? I remember someone claiming to have info that they are "coming soon", but nothing tangible. I know folks say just use 315, and as much as I'd like to - I'm concerned that being paired with my more aggressive offset will be too much.

Hello, it was me who got official info from Michelin about the following tires. They said that the production started in December but there is no date when they will start the distribution. I think they could not yet produce enough volume to start distribution (probably due to covid). They even gave me the product codes. I think these tires will be available soon. I keep checking the Michelin website in Germany and Turkey. I will switch from Goodyear to these immediately. Front: Product code: 341169 245/35/ZR20 95(Y) XL PILOT SPORT 4 S NA0 MI
