500 miles on my C2S MT and first Porsche, cruising around New Jersey. NBM is just gorgeous— received so many compliments already! There’s no way to describe how amazing this car is - I keep on making excuses to my wife that I need to go for a drive…I hope that feeling never ends!

CA-49 south of Jackson and just north of Mokelumne Hill. It's the old TNT Fireworks Store. Lots and lots of wonderful roads in that area. Also to the east as you gain altitude in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Don't limit yourself to CA-49. I used to live just outside of Sutter Creek. Jackson was The Big City!

I miss their catalog and the trustworthy Craftsman tools with salespeople who actually KNEW what they were selling. The Amazon of it's day and they let it slip through their inept fingers.

CA-49 gold country & CA-88/89 to Tahoe are my favorites. I’ve also driven roads going into Yosemite that have been great finds. There’s definitely some spectacular roads going into the Sierra Nevada’s.
These roads might be the only thing keeping me in CA. 😆

218 is a fantastically fun road to drive. I used to live in Cornwall and Cornwall on Hudson for years and I used to drive that road whenever it was open to work at the US Mint (it shares the same parking lot as the ski slope). 9W, the road right above 218 on the mountain, is also fun at higher speeds but you need to make sure you don’t go during the morning or evening rush.
