That looks nice. Not sure how I feel about mixing different model equipment as I tend to be a purist on these things. On one hand, you can get the car to look like you want. On the other, those who spent the dollars to have the "real deal" may object. Like on my C63 AMG, I often saw "normal" C cars with the AMG package......does not make it a C63 AMG, but looks nice.

also there’s subtle variations, this doesn’t actually look exactly like a turbo or gt3, it has its own “aero kit” style, in contrast to say 996 gt3/aerokit Carreras.

I really like how it looks. I'd spec it on my car.

I’d just note porsche has a long history of this kind of thing, I.e. turbo look bodies on air cooled Carreras, etc, so at least there’s some tie in to history!

On the plus, it's premium Porsche price has a warm fuzzy feel because it's "genuine".

This is actually a photo of Aerokit (which includes the front and rear Sport Design elements) and has been available to order for a couple of months. Sport Design has been available for even longer, early fall as I recall. Not sure why Porsche would do a news release on this months after it became available.
BTW, the 992 GT3 wing and rear valance (based on photos and video) look completely different. There are a couple of threads here discussing the GT3.

Kinda dig the wing. Don't like the relocation of the rear license plate with the different bumper. You'd still need to add the Sport Design Side Skirts since they don't come with the Sport Design or AeroKit package, which is an additional $1,290. All in all, AeroKit + Side Skirts is $8,200 for that look you see in the OP.

Can the wing be bought separately?
