According to the PCNA website, the 992 S curbweight is 3382 lbs and the 991.2 GTS is 3197. Maybe I cant count but I think that's 185 lbs. And as I recall, the 991.2 S was about 50 lbs less than the GTS.

Not sure how much leather, 18 ways and sunroof weigh relative to a standard interior with hard roof and 4 ways.

I have a 991.2 GTS PDK which is 3241 lbs. The 992S is 3382 lbs. That’s 141 lbs.
And yes, the 991.2S PDK was 3218 lbs. Compared to the 992S that’s 164 lbs.
I’m sort of wondering if there isn’t an official 992S ring time because they can’t get it to officially look much faster than a 991.2S.

^ Porsche is not using the same formula for published weights as they used to. Before it was the lightest possible combination of options; now it is without any options. You can also never be sure if they are quoting weights of US or EU cars.
C&D puts their test cars on scales, and the examples quoted in this thread are US-spec cars.
Leather weighs an insignificant amount; the seats and sunroof will likely add some, but we don't know what individual parts of the 992 weigh yet. As stated previously, we are splitting hairs here...

The 991.2 C/D weighed was loaded with full leather interior, sunroof and 18 ways. The 992 was pretty much zero options other than sports package and (probably) RAS

A few less cheeseburgers will help everyone lower the weight of their car, when driving it of course.

To Lieberman's point, they've weighed them on the scales. Manufacturer spec sheet weights should always be taken with a grain of salt.

Andreas Preuninger mentioned this during the launch of the 718 GT4 when asked why there is a 200 pound increase in curb weight over the 981 and why the reported curb weight is higher than the .2 GT3.
