What does that look like? Have there been any pictures of it? I have not seen it.

Not happening. The nubbin is also in the Taycan and you will see it end up in every Porsche model.
The smaller gear selector is something less to worry about in a crash test than a big honking lever. There's a reason why everything became plastic in cars and it wasn't simply driven by cost cutting. Crash tests have shown that all of those metal bits can kill you.

No I’m guessing they will all get it but the upper range cars will get a more powerful boost and dual motors much like how the Taycan power levels are done between the S to the Turbo S. The belief is we’re not likely to see a 4.2L from the factory so hybrid is the logical answer.

Shifter will return in 992.1 GT3 this year. Will not return on regular 992s.

If they are sticking with the 7 speed PDK for the GT3 as rumored, it would not be a surprise.

The Drive story from Nov., 2019 quoted Porsche CEO as saying: "We have said the next 911 will add a hybrid version. That will be the highest-performance 911 of all," Blume told Top Gear. https://www.thedrive.com/news/31197/...dp_vY0KGeaR3M8
I read that as the 992.2 will have a hybrid version at the top end of the range rather than all 911s will be hybrid. As has been reported there is space to add an electric motor between the engine and gearbox in the 992, but doing so across the model lineup would add significant technology and cost, which is easier to pass on (at least initially) to GT2/Turbo buyers.
