If 0-60 was a very important factor to you, I’d say get a Tesla for $100k less. It also improves over time due to ota updates. Best deal in the 0-60 land.

I honestly don’t know but YouTube videos seem to make it look simple
Also, if you have followed the recent Top Gear fiasco of tesla vs Taycan, even without going into ludicrous+ mode and older version tesla does 0-60 in 2.6 seconds. This was before the recent OTA update which gave extra 50+hp to all the cars at launch, which is pretty insane.
The experience and all out madness of burying the pedal of a TTS I can't believe can be out done by a Tesla no matter how fast it is. The ruckus and seat burying experience is awesome.
I like the new TTS and want to see more inside pics but so far so good and if the mags are running 2.6 the car might be able to hit 2.3-2.4. Never be able to use it daily but what a monster to own. And Sport Exhaust, nice.
I'm on my 5th 911 and have progressed from owning a C4 to several C4S' to a 991 turbo and they've only gotten more and more fun to drive on a daily basis. I'd say the only possible drawback to driving a 911 turbo every day might be all the whooshing and hissing sounds it makes. I love all of these sounds, but I could see getting tired of hearing them all day long every day.
Why couldn't you use it is as a daily? It is not a stick (too bad).
I meant the power may not be usable to make a run to Costco. But the Porsche TT's are very tame/comfortable daily drivers. I drive my TTS daily it is not a garage queen. When I need the power it is there immediately. I don't have any issue with the turbo noise as I have a Europipe exhaust which sounds amazing.
After years of use I'm only in for oil changes and the normal Porsche recalls or updates. Knock on wood no mechanical issues. Hard to say that would be the case with other modern hyper cars.
New pics. Porsche insists using that air bladder front spoiler. When it isn't deployed the Turbo cars all suffer from a weak chin. I wish they'd just go back to a replaceable spoiler. It's a stronger look.
The hips on the 992 Turbo look better than the 991 - less square looking.
Aesthetically, Porsche did a nice job with the offsets on the 992 - the wheels sit relatively flush, especially in the back. The Turbo looks like it could use a little help in that department.
