If your SA's dealers is a good one they might have a little more influence and it always helps to talk to the right person, but from what you said in regards to the car's timeline you should be able to get them albeit it may delay your car a little bit. That happened to me when I made a last minute change but the delay only would up being about 2 weeks.

Good news indeed...one less thing to worry about and address when you get the car, and more time to think about other mods!

yes and a lot more money for mods, compared to adding the ceramics after the fact.

Still slated to start production within the next couple weeks. Arrival at the port of Benicia is unchanged as well.. still shows last week of January before it arrives.

Honestly I wouldn't mind if it gets delayed, I'd love to avoid the car sitting ANY extra amount of time at the port waiting to clear EPA constraints for the January 24th release.

what EPA release? These cars are already approved aren't they? Or how did I see one at my local dealer if not?

Just hearsay at the moment. My dealer has not confirmed it to be true..

Yep. These cars will be spending at least a few weeks, maybe a full month, in port.

Well that will depend on the arrival of the cars at port. Mine shows arrival on the past week of January and I kinda hope the late add for PCCB’s pushes it back another week just to be safe.

You never know if this will be like the last one. Where the date for release continues to get pushed back further and further 😳
