More hardware, faster stats, and the price difference isn't that much anyway. If you consider the Carrera options that are standard for the turbo and GT3, the cost spread will narrow further. The reduced turbo/turbo S production has helped the depreciation gap quite a bit but that's still better on the GT3/RS.

I would imagine a touring with back seats can be pretty useful. Touring seems to make the track car more of a street car anyways. How else can you get the GT engine in a 4 seater?
