New Owners post Pics of your 992 !
#901
Honestly, I would never of sold a GT3T for a 992. What was your reason? Needed the rear seats maybe?

I can't be without a 911 so the 992 will be my DD; I didn't want to rack up those kind of miles on a Touring. Now - let's get back to posting pictures of 992s so I can leave through you people vicariously!

No No, I am 48 and now an empty-nester so no back seats needed. Despite my fit and healthy appearance, in late May I received a troublesome and serious health diagnosis. I should live but its not going to be fun. So, you re-evaluate needs a bit and with 7 cars, I decided to go down to 3. One really good one for each family member to simplify my world.

I went from 991.1 C4S coupe to 992 CS coupe. I don’t regret it at all. To me , the 991 has a nicer exterior and I do miss the NA exhaust noise / note. But that where it ends. I like 992 interior much more - especially the steering wheel. I did have MF “button” wheel which blew in my opinion. But the real difference is the drive. The 992 is faster , handles better and just smokes the 991.1. Granted , I went from AWD to rear wheel and I know that is huge. All those who say the AWD sends 80% to the rear ... sorry , it doesn’t feel the same and I prefer rear wheel drive. Of course AWD has many benefits and it certainly works well in the TT, etc but I just don’t like all the weight up front. Should be in the back where it belongs !
