I have the non-targa version, ie, Aventurine Green exterior with Iceland Green interior. Looks sharp. In person, are you happy with the Iceland Green?

 

no it’s a piece same shape as reflector that’s painted to color match either the black or any other color.

 

I love it! We have a 718 with Chalk interior, which is pretty, but the Iceland Green looks stunning, especially with Aventurine.

 

Appreciate, Steve. I always thought that Iceland Green was a perfect complement to the Aventurine Green, but good to hear from someone that actually has the color.

very nice! I may get this, have a full days drive home from dealer. So the edge is only seen near the windshield on the frunk and around the headlights?
It wraps around the frunk sides and the front by emblem? Did the dealer provide any materials about the factory film and warranty? Xpel ultimate plus is used? Installed at port or in Germany as part of exclusive manufaktur? Thanks!

 

They didn’t really say anything about it. I know it was done before it got to the dealer. I’m not sure where they install it, but my guess is its done during exclusive manufaktur. I imagine if they did it at the port, it might slow things down and mean they have vehicles sitting waiting to have work done, but that’s just a hunch.

Would also check with your dealer and see who they use as another option. The guys mine use are great quality and use top end materials, and I know where to go if an issue. Earlier posts and different threads have talked about factory pdf - assumption is that it's done by Porsche but not confirmed.

I see that you are in NJ. Maybe we could meet up some time? There was a NJ group doing some drives. I’d like to plan one up along the Delaware on the PA side up to the gap, then cross over to NJ and do the Northwest corner up to Sparta or through Hardwick to cross the Appalachian Trail. Hopefully this summer if we can get vaccines.
