Well I finally caved - when you think about the price of admission upfront (2024 C2 GTS manual with aerokit here), what's another $2K of accessories?... Here's what I got:
- OEM clear side markers
- OEM all weather floor mats
- Zunsport outer grill set (the factory center looks like it has some protection already? I also didn't like the look of the grill all the way across the center)
- DB Carbon CF center console interior trim and CF anti-wind buffeting side mirror triangles (the AWE foilers were already $110, so I justified paying another $250 to get it in CF!)...I came close to also buying the GT3 side skirts in CF but decided it was too steep at $2,500+
- OEM frunk liner - pending (can't believe I'm about to pay ~$200 for a Porsche-branded tub)
- Sport Shifters custom GT2 shiftknob - pending (trying to match to my black leather interior with speed blue stitching, waiting on renderings from Roy)
i'm curious about that garage door opener set up. I don't see a torsion spring, but something there by the opener itself. What setup or brand is this?
that setup doesn't have a torsion spring...instead it has springs on the sides of the door...either works for all models of openers...most new installations use torsion springs because the side springs are prone to breaking and causing harm to a person standing near...the round things at opener looks like a spring loaded electrical cord that can be brought down to the car.

ahh ok i see them now. Thanks. My torsion spring broke a little while ago, and was curious about a setup that is a little easier diy, because i has zero interest in messing with that thing.
