does anyone know if my new 992 will have a cigarette lighter socket or other 12v available in the cabin? (radar detector, smart-charger...)

There is a port on the passenger foot well far forward. Just checked in my 992.

Here ya go . . . it's constant 12 Volts with the ignition on or the ignition off.

Just be sure that whatever you plug into this you turn it off when you leave the car or you may run the battery down.

(Not sure if the car has a parasitic drain monitor that will automatically disconnect the battery if it sees to much of a drain for to long with the ignition switched off.)

I use this port here for my dash cam it actually turns off a few minutes after the car is shut off and locked. I read it somewhere that in order to use this port for the battery tender, there’s a setup that needs to be done to turn the power supply on constantly. Maybe someone knows the trick?

Yep, that sounds like there's a parasitic drain monitor. A good thing IMHO . . . except if you're trying to use a battery maintainer.
