Curious for the 3-yo, are you not using the seat's own belts but the vehicle belt?

This is a booster seat that doesn't have a five point harness. Is it just me that pops in the kids wo seats? The four and six year olds fit pretty perfectly in the rear.

in VA the law is <8 yrs old need to be in at least a booster. Reason is the seat belt position. I don't know if a cop would ticket you for it it or not, but i didn't chance it. Also, in this car, the seat belt in the back is still pretty high up on their neck, so from a safety standpoint, i didn't feel comfortable having my kid sitting there w/o something positioning the belt lower, which is why i used the booster back. Once he turned 8, I removed the booster back instead used the little strap boosters come with to kind of 'tie down' the seat belt position so it's lower, down around his shoulder.

The seat clips into the Isofix brackets. The seat belt is routed through the seat. Child needs to be over 40 pounds and greater than 38” tall. Belt is below the neck.

We are moving our daughter to a forward facing car seat and I have been struggling to find one that fits properly and has enough leg room for her. (Need one with a harness for her age)
I was wondering if it's worth paying the Porsche premium if this seat fits well...

Hi! Did you find one that works? My baby is 1 year old and would love to take her in my 992. She is 20+ pounds so I guess she can use a forward facing seat, though I prefer to wait till she is 2 and try a forward facing.
So far I have tried a Graco SlimFit 3-1, a cybex Eternis S and a Doona. None of these were even close to fitting either forward or rear facing.

I have Porsche seats and they work well. I don’t know that you can really can a rear facing car seat in there. Certainly not w a passenger too. Those are too big

you can fit kids in the back seat but putting a rear-facing baby seat can probably only be for the front passenger seat... I don't think there is any way you could shove a rear-facing car seat in the back seat of a 911...

A Cybex Anton 2 will fit rear facing and clip into a BabyZen YoYo stroller. I am 5' 8" and the Cybex fits behind me in the 911 (both 991 and 992). The stroller will fit in the front trunk or even on the back shelf above the rear seats.

I felt I was reading the story of my life in this post. 😊
I have had the exact same setup on both a 991 and now 992.
They worked great.
Only recently moved to forward facing with a MaxiCosi.

My son has outgrown our Way-B Pico. It was only used a few dozen times and is in perfect condition. I posted some photos earlier this this thread:

If anyone here wants it I'd let it go if you cover shipping costs from NYC.

PM me.

***THIS SEAT IS NOW OFF TO A NEW HOME*** Hopefully helping someone new on adventures with their little ones.
