My 18 ways have 5500 miles on them and I have it where Aggie57 does and on the bottom side bolster. The bottom side bolster looks like crumbled paper.

Leather 14 way seats do not offer the same support as the 18 way. For spirited driving you will appreciate not sliding around as you do in the 14 way seats.

I have comfort entry so the car does that automatically every time anyway.

Since I posted this I have taken to being more careful and to be fair it's not any worse now than in these pictures, 3,000 miles on (5200 miles total).

I don’t have experience with the 992, but my 991 never moved that far back even though I had the easy exit or whatever it’s called turned on. I always had to move it even further back, otherwise I was scraping my way in and out each time. If you’re tall, then maybe your seat is already past that point. I’m 5’7”.

I’m 6’3”, the seat is well back when i drive and moves back more in the entry / exit mode.
