Default New 992 S in the wild

hey guys, just leaving Amsterdam and spotted this sitting outside of the airport. First one I’ve seen in the wild.

Most likely a dealer's car for the premiere coming Thursday, 14th March?

Guards red I suppose...looks really cool, especially in bright sun light.

I finally saw one at Amelia Island and thought that it looked way better live than in any of the pics or vids I had seen. There is more happening in the way of detail in the black part of the front and rear facias, so they looked less like VW corporate clones. The stance with 21 inch rears looked great, and the rear end appeared far less fat, although the sport design still seems like it would be more attractive to me. The third brake light on the engine grill was a non event. I am not sold on the shiny black "continuation" of the rear window, but can now understand how it fits the design language. All in all, no more deserving of the hyperbole floating around than the 991 vs 997 debate of yore.

Absolutely... i’m one of those 997 guys...LOL. and it all sounds quite familiar chatter from when the 991 was introduced, albeit with with different 911 elements discussed. The’re all great cars and this 992 really clicked with me once I saw it in person; enough to place an order. And honestly I love the 991 as well and would be very happy with one too.... I will miss my 997 though... but can’t keep them all!
