My Suntek installer, who also uses XPel and a couple others, used mainly precut pieces and when he did they all wrap the edges. He did do some pieces, such as the front spoiler lip, with custom cut pieces but either way turned out great. Anyone considering it just needs to ask the right questions and convey their expectations, and most importantly use a great installer.
