Likely couldn't touch the power due to emissions BS. If this was 20 years ago they would have cranked it up I bet.
Kinda cool, but kinda meh. Too much grey with the badges, tach etc.
But it is funny how they throw a bit of fabric on the seats and doors, a new sticker here and here, call it limited and everyone will freak out. Porsche must secretly chuckle to themselves.

Not related but maybe related?
What do we learn from the the new Lamborghini introduced today (Lamborghini Temerario) - V8 twin-turbo with hybrid motor..... that's a VW group engine and Porsche will use some form of it no doubt. Does it end up in a Carrera/GT2RS, or just Panny/SUV's?

Those wheels are so ugly.

I like it, I like the Sport Classic wheels being available, but it’s just a trim level. The 911 First Turbo one-off would have been better IMO.

I dont like even how the rear grille badge base unit is shared between S/T and this car. Little details but they matter. Perhaps because at the end of the day its still VW Group car.

Yawn another “Special edition” that looks exactly like the existing car. It’s getting ridiculous at this point.

I wouldn't have been too upset if they gave it S/T fenders/doors, GT3 spec suspension, and some better wheel options: Classic Sport Classic and Magnesium GT3RS. Would have made it much more unique.

This is EXACTLY what I'm building as my pseudo 992 GT2. . .only difference from your photoshop will be I'll stick with S/T-style wheels, or possibly the Manthey Racing LW wheels. And of course the GT3 mini-duck or possibly some other Ducktail - not the TTS style motorized wing.

. . . of course I'm shooting for 800+ WHP w/ a 4.2 TT powerplant - still undecided on whether to make it 2WD or AWD . . . 800+ HP is a lot w only RWD, and I think I can adapt the GT3 front dual wishbone to the TTS AWD system if I decide to go that route.

The S/T doors with S/T wheels makes it a bit too S/T maybe? But this looks like the perfect 992, especially manual. This is what I'm hoping a 992.2 Turbo will give me.
