I have Sams tune in my car and it's a beast. When I had questions about my tune he would get back to me within 5min. I don't know if he ever sleeps.

Absolutely nothing. I had a great experience with them with my first turbo S. I’ve just reached out to them for five times now and haven’t heard back from them. The biggest reason why I went with them the first time was for the easy access and communication and support. That seems to have gone away. I’m not mad about it. It’s just causing me to look for different options to see if I can find those extremely important to me benefits elsewhere.
I ordered something from them about 6 months ago and wanted a couple minor changes and they emailed me back every time in <45 mins, it was shockingly fast.
Maybe something changed or someone got sick or something.

The best new turbo tune is whatever the best fuel you have in your area. That is the only limiting factor.

I agree with DKM this being my 3rd Turbo s I've had Sams tunes in all of them, the current 992 stage 4 is definitely a Beast for sure!
sam is super fast in response to any questions any time of day..
