Please chime back in here when you get it. Even if you forget all about it, you’ll notice that your car doesn’t shut off at red lights and stop signs in normal mode.

I picked up my 24 TTS last week and it does not have the start stop feature in it. So glad.

Well, that is three of us then. So far anyway. It looks like the 2024 TTS gets rid of this nuisance. Interesting because the 2024 GT3 doesn’t.

I have the shortcut button programmed to disable start-stop since it's a nuisance so happy it's gone.
I just imagined start-stop was needed to meet the optimistic emissions and fuel consumption values quoted which we all know was dubious to begin with.

Great news if S/S is gone in 2024 models. I have 200mi on my 24 TTS. Have only driven in sport and sport +, so I wouldn’t know if mine has it.

Only other thing I’d add/ask is do you have climate control on? AFAIK S/S does not come on when that is in use.

Our manual states it won’t work if driver seat belt is not buckled, or if car is at high (not specified) altitude.

Look at the menu. If it was in the software the option to uncheck, it would be right here among these other listings. That’s where it was on my 2023TTS. It’s not there on this one. It’s completely gone or in a totally different location that I don’t know about. But if that were the case, why does the car never shut off at red lights and stop signs in normal mode like my 2023 did?

yes I can confirm they changed a lot in the 2024. I took delivery of my 2024 last week and it’s different from what I’ve seen on YouTube. The software has changed, there is no auto start off button. The way to move the spoiler is different and most importantly they removed the 3.8 turbo s written from the engine compartment and now it only says turbo s.

The way to move the spoiler like you see in the picture I provided is in the same location as it was for me on my 2023.

Wait, I picked up my 24 Turbo 4 weeks ago and it has this stupid start/stop. Maybe there is a way to update the software then? :O
