yes - I have the grill installed on my 2023 TTS with ACC and was very skeptical that it wouldn't affect it's operation - but we road tested it in a few different scenarios and it seemed to work fine . . .

I thought there was a cut out for the acc. But it works anyway which is good to know.

make sure you get the one that you need. In other words, if it has the camera, there’s a little cut out. There’s no cut out for ACC. I confirmed with Zunnsport that it is not necessary to have a cut out as it works fine. The guys above also confirmed this.
