I was just wondering about this. Hadn’t even really thought about it but in the cognac leather I bet they’ll get real dirty real quick with my wife and kiddos. Guessing they aren’t particularly easy to clean either. Hmmmm…. I love how it looks though, need to think about it.

I flip back and forth between cognac and black
if only the look, black
but a neighbor has this interior and the smell and feel is fantastic

I haven't seen anyone spec the black heritage interior with the black leather and pepita inserts. It looks pretty cool.

I am kind of second guessing if I should have done the Lightweight package with 18ways now. I really wanted to cut weight and didn't want back seats... But that Heritage interior is so nice. I had wanted the LWBS, but they were stop sale, so we changed it to the LW package with 18ways... Kind of a waste of $ to go for 18s with LW.

Too late now I guess!

I'd have to get the VIN or see the build sheet, but with Porsche if you want to get approval, wait, and possibly pay extra then they will do almost anything...like I've seen a client order a base model with PCCB brakes or adding/removing leather or whatever to only the seats or console that might be only included in a package or excluded from a package they wanted.

Default Heritage Interiors

FYI...I was just able to select the Heritage Interior on a Turbo S build. Did't try other models but you could select it on a Turbo S FYI.

It can be done on other models. I locked in the Heritage interior a couple weeks ago on my C2 Cabriolet build
Glad to see it back.

Enjoy your swamp *** with no ventilation. Just my 2 cents in my very limited 20 min test drive. BUT nothing can be said of how aesthetically pleasing it is. The pepita anyway.

I was very worried about the SAS, (swamp *** syndrome) after you mentioned it a few weeks back. I have heritage interior and haven’t noticed it. I do tend to get SAS in leather cars that don’t have ventilation. I haven’t driven more than an hour in one setting yet.

I currently have ventilated seats on my 2023 992. The added membrane make them to firm for my liking and I rarely use the ventilation option. They're literally a pain in my butt, especially on long trips. With the Heritage interior I can always direct the air vents at the seat if they become warm, which seems to work fine on my other cars with non ventilated seats. Just my 2 cents, as I'm sure everyone's experience and opinions on ventilation vs non ventilation seats are different.

I love the ventilation, keeps the back sweat down in the summer. Kind of glad, but not, that CF buckets were stop sale. The heritage interior (brown) seem to go for more $ in the used market.

I have the sportex interior on my turbo and the heritage type interior on my touring, neither of which have ventilation and they are totally fine.

Seat ventilation is overblown but I understand if you are in such weather where it’s always hot. In medium weather for most of the year especially up up north you don’t need them.

In fact, the ventilated seats are firmer and have less padding. Huge fan of the heritage pure with corduroy but I understand it’s not a choice most would take. World would be boring if we all liked the same style

When my car was being built, there was a stop sale on the Heritage Package (Pepita) and I was really bummed...and still to this day, the only thing that consoles me that I don't have that option is that at least I got ventilated seats on my all leather - what used to be Heritage package with diagonal leather on door cards - interior. Make lemonade. Now that I think about it, dor my 991.2 Touring, I did get Kim at P1 designs to make me a set for my CF seats so there is that as well.
