I remember years ago seeing a British Racing Green Aston Martin. It had a tan interior. Just beautiful. It was almost 50 years ago and I can still remember it. Of course it was at a time with all the James Bond movies which I have always loved, so probably some memory reinforcement along the way.
The best choice IMHO and I know many will disagree but the Black/Mojave Beige would look great. Many on this forum will say that it is too dated but for me it is classic. A nice custom touch, since you are already paying for PTS, is to carry the color to the interior and do the trim and seatbacks in BRG.

You might be thinking of some thing like Cork or Cashmere? You'd need to search google images to find what you are looking for. Truffle is more chocolate color than peanut butter.
It's possible to do Leather to Sample, where you can spec a custom color - though I think it needs to be a color Porsche has existing in their catalogue. Cork, Cashmere and the like are 70s-80s era colors. The cost for LTS is about $50k last I heard.

Just wait until September. You will want cognac, and it will become available as an exclusive leather choice. It's your best option on the configurator. I adored mine...

I think an all tan seat would look best with chalk stitching on British Racing Green exterior. I wouldn't go for a black insert but that's just me. Then again, I've never been a fan of any seat with a different colored insert. I like a homogenous, same colored seat in any 911 but I do have a bit of OCD.

This gorgeous beauty was at our local P dealers open house tonight.... Absolutely stunning!
In good company as well... that's an R and a GT3 4.0 next in line.
