Default Full Wrap 992 Turbo with ClearGuard Alpha

Love the new Turbo! Here is what we did:

*Full car wrap with ClearGuard Alpha - all installations performed by us are custom. No precuts are ever used
*Spectra Photosync IRD Nano window film (highest TSER and IRR)
*Modesta BC04 Titanium Coating

I have never heard of that brand. My car is covered in Xpel. It looks like you guys did a great job. And it is certainly needed on a black car. I have owned two black cars in the past and I will never do it again unless it is completely covered in paint protection film. Was there any paint correction or prep done to the car before the film was applied?

So true. Black cars come with a lot of work behind it and especially when it comes to swirls that is an entirely different subject of maintenance. Xpel is a good film, but we use ClearGuard Alpha made by Prestige Film Technologies (www.prestige-films.com) because it is the most optically clear film and the best self-healing capabilities. Here is a quick video of a test we did with all of the major brands:

If you are not near us, you can check with the manufacturer to see who is near you:

What is wrong with pre cuts? (I'm not expressing an opinion, just asking).

Been having my cars 100% wrapped for over 15 years, the only problem with precut pieces is you can usually see the edges, when wrapped with sheets of plastic that allows the wrapper to go around the edges to make an invisible panel, so much so people argue with me at shows saying "your cars not wrapped because I can't see the lines"

My Jet black Turbo S is getting delivered next week. Any installers in DFW area some one could recommend? Ive always had just the front done in the past. What is a full wrap going for these days?

Any help would be appreciated, new member here.

Talk to Speedshield. https://www.speedshieldusa.com/

They are super cool guys and do some excellent work. To top that off, they also carry ClearGuard Alpha PPF.

Car in for color correction & 100% PPF with Xpel Ultimate. Ceramic coat over the PPF. I have had the same on all my cars.
