Default How many TTS are being built?

Was in the dealer today picking up a car cover for my TTS Cab and heard them telling a customer that they won’t have allocations free up for a year for a coupe, and longer for a cab. Best bet was “hoping someone changes their mind” when it gets delivered. Makes me think they have really throttled back production since I recall you could grab a 991.2 TTS just about anywhere. Anyone have any actual details / numbers on production vs prior models?

From https://vinanalytics.com/collections/992/, we have 1330 Turbo and Turbo S designated for PCNA (USA), of which 854 are Coupes and 476 are Cabs.

There will be more allocations this year. The dealer likely has a list and it will take at least a year to get through it. I suspect most dealers will get at least one more allocation this year, but who the hell knows when.

Porsche produces all the 911 / 718 variants on one production line. I suspect they have reduced allocations for TT/TTS for the rest of the year to make space for GT3 production, so allocations will be tight. The recent computer chip shortage is probably not helping matters either.

Porsche also produces the 718 at Osnabrück, which can off-load from Zuffenhausen. Capacity is there if they need it.

Thanks for sharing. According to the site: 844 2021 Turbos S coupes were manufactured to date.
Median MRSP = 232,915
Avereage MRSP = 234,058
Lowest MRSP = $205,480 LOL, how can you go so low
Highest MRSP = $282,720 Someone is going to take a hell of a depreciation bath.
In comparison, there were 963 991 GT2RS manufactured in 2018 so that's impressive to be that low for the TTS (assuming the number doubles up for the year, that's only about 1,500)
Hope Porsche keeps the numbers low to keep the values of our toys up .

Maximum residualized MSRP for the TTS is $234k. So that makes sense.

I could actually be perfectly happy with a bone stock TTS. But why bother?

That is a very nice spec, no options to want. I think the mrs is going to love it. Then you will have no excuses!

The one that is Carrera White and Graphite Blue interior? If so, that is very nice! I like the painted seat back inlays too.

I spent a few minutes checking on 992 Turbo S Cabriolets manufactured to date. 436 on the vinanalytics site. Great site.

PCNA/US only. I am not sure how to see WW, I can only see US and Canada (PCL). There is 436 US and 17 Canadian TTS cabs per the database.

It would be cool to see a grouping by color.

Yes. Also has the blue roof, which I like.
