I’m considering Oslo Blue based on the pictures I’ve seen on Rennlist, which I really like. However, I’ve noticed that Oslo Blue has more of a teal tone in the Porsche configurator (i.e., looks more towards the greenish spectrum), which I’m not sure I like as much. I’ve also read some posts saying that the pictures don’t entirely capture the color people see in real life. Given that this is an expensive color on an expensive car, I thought I’d ask before pulling the trigger. Your pictures are the closest I’ve seen to the teal tone in the Porsche configurator. Would you say your pictures are true to what you see in real life? Are your pictures closer to the true color of the car than other pictures posted in Rennlist (examples attached below)?
Would be extremely grateful for your inputs!
The color is beautiful in person to me. I get compliments all the time on the color. I was hesitant to order Oslo Blue as well since I had never seen the color in person, just the same or similar photos as you have pulled up.
Like many of the colors, the hue changes depending on the lighting. Of the four photos you have attached, the first two are closer to the color you see under lights, although I would say the true color is slightly bluer (although not as blue as your last two photos).
In the San Fran Bay area mark ups are mostly gone but the allocations have a long wait-list. I just got my 992 TTS delivery with no Mark up. They wanted me to buy any service plan though but I opted for PPF through them (since I wanted to get it anyways) instead so it worked out well.

Those rims really compliment the black! I got the same one as you but with Exclusive rims instead; now I should start looking for something like that for the summer.

Thanks! it was ordered by a customer and I got it off him with only 500 Kms on it. got a killer deal. If I ordered a car it would be almost the same spec.

Not sure if you were commenting on my car but thats the only black car Ive seen last few pages lol. Anyway it would look good with the exclusive wheels as well.
