NM is not a carb state. The Porsche advisory says the following states are blocked for CARB: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, mass, NJ, NY, Oregon, PA, RI, Vermont and Washington.

oh I see but most articles include New Mexico. Maybe the law was not signed due to COVID.
some articles have it listed and some do not
