992.2 GT3 Touring Allocations
#31
The two existing 992.2 GT3 threads have good information (not sure we really needed this third thread, but alas...) and line up with that timing.
Most folks in the know seem to have heard Fall announcement (Oct but could be sooner) with orders opening for spring/summer 25' delivery. Those "in the know" being dealers and people with close relationships. The problem with forum information is it generally comes from three types of sources, and people generally don't share which bucket their "information" is coming from:
1) People actually in the know (dealers, people with OEM relationships)
2) People that just read some article or watched some video and repeat mostly inaccurate info
3) People that are sharing their opinion based on nothing (like the folks in this thread saying it is turbo or hybrid) but fail to mention they are purely guessing.
It's really hard to differentiate between what is what across those three online hence why I give less and less credibility to forums.

Now that was tongue in cheek.
I'm not here to argue, sorry if my post somehow offended you. I have better things to do with my time than spend time it here fighting angry keyboard warriors.

In my opinion the press is worse e.g carscoops last winter releasing that the GTS is NA or using the info from RL to speculate about the rwd turbo with wrong assumptions.

Both if possible.......They both provide a unique driving experience. If you have to pick one you need to decide if things like manual is important. If that is the case GT3, do you prefer rear engine or mid engine, do you like smaller car or a slightly bigger. To me they are both driving cars that thrill in different ways. To me a manual Gt3 and a 4RS is a perfect pair.
