MOVIT brakes installation on 992 GT3

Hello,
I have the movit brake kit from my 997 RS 4.0 and I loved its reliability, performance and looks. I have since sold the RS but still have the complete brake kit. Unfortunately the shop that installed it for me has since moved out of phoenix and the kit does not work on 992 out of the box (some fab is required). Does anyone have any ideas on a shop that might be equipped to handle this job? Ideally in phoenix but I am willing to get the car to LA if necessary (I am there quite frequently and may be able to drive into LA instead of flying).
Thoughts? Pointers?
p.s. The reason is to have indestructible brakes on the track as I am a little reluctant to do hard braking with stock PCCB.

Putting a used BBK meant for another vehicle on a brand new 992 GT3 doesn't seem to be the best idea. I also think there is a little more to it than just fabricating brackets to make the kit fit. I am sure Jeff from Essex can chime in.
Brakes have come a long way since you installed the Movit kit on your 997.
If I were you I would look into Surface Transform or AP Racing replacement rotors, lines, pads and fluid change and that should be plenty of braking on that car.

How much are you tracking the car, and how hard are you driving it when you do so? If you are driving it at a very competitive pace, I’d expect you’d get at least 30 track days out of the front PCCB rotors.

If I remember, the Movit carbon kits used to use rotors made by Surface Transform (excellent). I think aside from using different mounting (the requirement for different mounting brackets), the PCCB rotors for the 997 GT3's were considerably smaller (380mm front instead of 410mm front on new cars) and the Movit kits may have emulated the stock 997 PCCB sizes. This makes a pretty big difference in both the torque of the brake system and the thermal limits. Might be worth considering using the stock 992 PCCB's or ST rotors for same.

Thanks for the great feedback. The difference between movit brakes and pccb at least at the time was that movit used full fibers like surface transform. The rotors were also slightly larger than 997 pccb.
As for how much I track, I have membership at a local race track and go there quite frequently (although not in summer, as it is too hot here in AZ). I have been gentle on braking until I sort this brake thing out though so no worries for now. I would like to do hard or trail braking eventually, ideally once fall rolls around.

I can attest to Rick's suggestion. Put Surface Transform rotors (from Rick) swapped for OEM PCCBs on my GT4RS. Fabulous. Big time track goodness and they work very well on the street (to and from track - Walter Mitty style).

This type of post should not be permitted on Rennlist. This flys in the face of all known truth. 1) we know that no one who tracks their cars buys PCCB. 2) we also know that no one who buys 992 GT car tracks anyway. 3) we know that no one who tracks a 992 GT car with ceramic brakes would think to admit it because sacrilege...
I'll see myself out...

This is interesting. I never had to do anything for my movits despite dozens of track days in my rs 4.0
Also, I have more than 10 track days on my 992 gt3 now with stock pccb and no issues so far. Yes, I do take it slightly easy on the straights but full on during corners.
