992.2 GT3 arrival

When does the .2 GT3 usually arrive in the product cycle? Will it be a ‘25 released in the fall or after that ?

I believe MY26 will be first year of production, so they will start building them end of next summer? No idea when they will reveal it

GT3 has officially been removed from the US configurator which typically signals some type of launch / announcement in the coming months. I'm hoping an announcement this summer, launch in the fall, allocations start coming out early 2025 for MY26 cars. Fingers crossed!

I thought I read somewhere that October for the 992.2 Turbo/Manual announcement and December for the 992.2 GT3 announcement

On Spikes Car Radio this week, they said to expect an announcement in a month or so (was surprised it was so soon). Maybe I heard them wrong?

Me thinks Q4 for announcement and maybe September 2025 as 2026 builds for North America.

Short production run compared to the 992.1

Really? It’s feeling a bit like the last hurray for IC🧐 My industry is definitely ditching diesel at a fast rate (materials handling)

Im very on the fence but as technology advances it’s hard to argue against.
