So just an update on this, the request was made via the local dealership to Porsche with regards to this issue and that the lights should be replaced with new ones. Dealership called me today and informed me that the request was denied due to it being “normal”, and that the only way it seems to convince Porsche to change them is if the dealership provides pictures of the same model without issue to prove that it’s a defect ! Apparently they won’t accept pictures from other 992 cars, needs to also be an RS lol. So if any of you could be kind enough to take a picture of your lights (needs to be the LED Matrix ones) along with your chassis number that would be great. If you are not comfortable sharing your chassis number publicly on here you can send it to me directly.

agree, but it seems Porsche's arrogance is catching up to them

 

Generally pretty clean, but if you look at the 2nd photo that I posted of the two headlight photos, there appear to be some very small "narrow" smudge marks on the lens just below the beam element.But there is no way that these smudges would be the result of fingers from an adult.
They are the width of a 5 year olds fingers!

 

How is this even remotely acceptable??? Your dealer, if they care about you, should just eat the cost and replace...unbelievable.
