Looks like the GT3 is the highest volume 911 now of all 911 models. Actually, it has been this way now since 991.2. 991.1 was less produced but flawed engined car…with 997 GT3 the rarity sweet spot with less than 800 US production. The 996 GT3 was also less than 800 for US.
Maybe around 1200 992 RSs for the US, which is still relatively low.

I assume 911 sales include GT3's:
2023 911 Sales:12,961
2022 911 Sales 9,711

I’m just wondering if Porsche pushes back the 992.2 launch as rumored. Will dealers start magically receiving MY25 GT car allocations in the meantime? With two full years of MY22/23 cars & a half year of MY24. Adding MY25 would essentially be 3-1/2 to 4 years of GT production. Not that it matters, but it definitely has me pausing on my decision on which touring car I will ultimately keep long term.
On the other hand, if the 992.2 is fitted with a 48v mild hybrid. None of it will really matter in the end. I’ll probably keep both. 🤣

Check out "Four Marks Super Car Owners Club'', They claim the 992.1 Touring is/was a worldwide limited production of only 650. And that the 992.1 'Winged' was not a limited run.
Sounds like a very low number if correct and GT3 Touring owners are sitting on a car that should hold residual value quite well.

I agree. If dealers knew that there was limited amounts of them in the triple digits the prices would be through the roof. Tourings can be had in the 250-290k range right now on Auto Trader depending on options. This is not indicative of a car that is rare. For perspective my dealer is small market…they did not get a single SC, Dakar, or ST but they got 3 Tourings. Scale that up for dealer size over 200 dealers…not possible.

production numbers update
As of 04/01/24
I lost all easy access to the colors today.
But I think I'll still be able to post the total # of GT3 made at the end of production.
My final update will be when they are finished making them.
