Porsche Dealer ADMs
Hi all,
I'm looking to order a 992 GT3RS and a 911 Turbo S Cabriolet. The 3RS I built comes out to $322,620 and the Turbo S comes out to $290,180. I live in SoCal and after talking to a few Porsche dealers, the best offer I've gotten is to pay 100k over for the 3RS (would be built July 2024) and MSRP for the Turbo S Cab (would be built April 2024). Does this sound like normal pricing right now? The other dealers wanted 150k over for the 3RS and even a little over for a Turbo S. I figured I'd be able to get a better deal since I'm trying to buy both at the same time. Can anyone recommend other Porsche dealers that might want to play ball?
Thanks for any leads/help. Happy Holidays.

Doesn't sound like you have a purchase history with that dealer so I would say that is on the lower/middle end of ADMs for the 3RS, especially for a Cali store, with no previous relationship

Car manufactures need to sell new cars directly to the public or stop their dealers from raping the buyers. Too many shady dealers out there making customers buy unpopular overpriced slow selling models on top of paying ridiculous ADMs if they want an allocation towards a popular model like GT3RS. Why doesn’t Porsche increase production of the popular models? Because they want their dealers to keep gouging their customers😂
