Correct because the Welt is inside Munich center, but Zuffenhausen and Liepzeg are not considered city centre.

I had mine put on at by Porsche. I don’t think it was needed, but someone asked in passing and they decided it would probably be best.

 

For what it’s worth, we took delivery and stayed in Berlin for a couple days and no issues ever. I also purchased the Swiss toll road but really have no idea why.

Porsche Leipzig spent probably 20 minutes explaining how to use parking meters with some device. Never used it and didn’t have any problems during ED
