It's been posted multiple times across several threads in this forum.
No PTS for MY 2023.
My 2023 Touring was an October build, but I was told the PTS window had closed on it.
Not sure when the actual "cut-off" occurred, but my dealer has confirmed as much going forward.

no PTS in 2023 - unless you have serious VIP juice - gotta go with factory colors.
confirmed by my dealer.

Have they ever removed pts as an option for an entire MY before?

This isn’t exactly true. I have a MY23 PTS on a boat right now. I heard Oct-20 was the last day of PTS production, not sure. So a few MY23 cars could be PTS

My PTS GT4 RS enters production in February so I suspect Oct-20 was just the cut off for any new PTS orders.

Its not MY 23, but there wont be any new PTS non confirmed and in production orders (aka any new allocation) that will be able to be done as per my understanding, the shop is booked solid through the calendar year with previous orders etc etc. Also, thats a nice thing, too many people doing PTS really does dumb it down a ton, and given the upcoming RS is a race car, people will live with the base colors if they really got it to drive anyways.

It’s not MY, it’s calendar year ‘23

Not MY? I confirmed too with my dealer.. for any NEW orders NO FURTHER PTS for rest of MY 23.. May become available again for allocations in April next year that are for MY 24.. though sounds like GT3 992.1 is EOL now..

I'd say they are hedging and don't want to give themselves the same problem later in the year. If they say unequivocally yes to MY24 then they'll get the same flood of requests and shut it down again. I heard it will still be questionable for later in the calendar year 23. I also wouldn't be surprised if they tried to bump the price for PRS again.

This is going to be a serious problem for me since I’m going to be able to get an allocation for a Spyder RS and would only do it in a PTS color, but given the extremely limited production it’s unlikely I’ll get another allocation opportunity once PTS opens back up (or maybe they stop production before PTS ever opens up and all Spyder RSs will be in only standard colors).

So very grateful to have picked up my PTS Touring (in Azurro Thetys Metallic) before the cutoff I guess. Why would they cut off PTS? Is it that arduous to change the paint process on the line?
