I think that's in addition to the $12k, so $31k or so.

just checked - if you "check" the PTS+ option today on the USA configurator the price is:

PTS - $18,240
PTS+ - $19,500

total price for PTS+ = $37,740…

so there ya go.

I'm puzzled about paint to sample: In 2009 I wanted my Boxster painted Ford Zinc Yellow (This was before Racing Yellow which is pretty close) and was told it didn't meet Porsche standards. Since all the major paint companies produced this color, I had not idea what they meant. I wonder if anyone knows what the heck this means. What kind of standards can there be for a paint color?

in combination with other factors of design - I think they've relaxed it bit - but I do know for Taycan the "full pallet" of colors were/are restricted based on it's aesthetic "fit" with other non-PTS design elements (bumper parts, chrome, etc…) - I believe over time Porsche has relaxed it's personal design goals in this space and now pretty much lets the buy decided how hideous or not to make the car from an other all package point of view.

Does anyone know with certainty if Paint to Sample Plus IS available now - if you’re willing to pay the fees?
