Yes, that's the current ask if you are walking in off the street with 0 prior relationship with the dealer and they have an actual allocation to give you right now.
Now who knows what they are actually transacting at but I have a feeling its 75-100k over for these first round of allocations that did not go to prior relationships or MSRP only dealers.

I can see the ADM coming down to that level once more allocations are dropped by PCNA to the dealers. The first round of allocations didn't have a lot of allocations because Porsche had to give cars to the 918 VIPs and they are still building GT3s/Tourings. I foresee that the number of cars given out going forward will be larger given that there won't be anymore GT3s/Tourings built. Patience will be rewarded.

In all reality, given that going forward the number of cars going out will be larger, would something south of $50K be realistic?

Maybe in 6-12months you will see 50k if they truly stop GT3/GT3T production and pump out a ton of GT3RS allocations. If this keeps up and you wait 1-2 years after the 6-12months you could see sub 50k towards the end of the production run(MSRP could even be possible but its a long shot and 2+ years away). End of the 991.2 GT3RS production run dealers were still getting smaller ADM's of around 20k here in SoCal.

With the economy softening and both used & new car prices declining I don't see what it wouldn't be possible but it make make some time (9-18 months) as prices are sticky on the downside. The beta testers tend to be the ones pay the highest ADMs because there aren't many cars allocations available early on (this has happened with the 991.1 GT3RS, 991.2 GT3RS, and 991 GT2RS). If someone has a big want for the 992.1 GT3RS and fat wallet they'll pony up the 6 figure ADM. All I know is that Porsche is a for-profit business and they'll build as many GT3RSs as they can so I'll wait for my turn to be called by my dealer. GT3RS prices can't defy gravity forever so I'm sure someone without a prior relationship with a dealer will be able to get a car for a 5 figure ADM. And if I don't happen to get a GT3RS at MSRP (that's the way I'll buy one) then I'll look at picking up a used Ferrari later on this year or in 2024 (those prices are coming down as we speak so it's really a win-win situation).

Same was true with 16' RS's - less of them made but initial allocations were above $100k. They ultimately declined from there.

The 991.1 GT3RS had crazier ADMs initially than the 991.2 GT3RS because there was BS thrown out that they would only 600-700 cars in the US. If I remember right ADMs were $100k-$150k early on (higher end was for the PTS cars) and unfortunately I fell for the bait and paid a $50k ADM for my 991.1 GT3RS but that was before I established a relationship with my dealer. Many of us have been around the rodeo enough time to know how things will play out when the dust settles but the newbies believe it'll be different this time, guess we'll see.

I’d rather wait for a 992.2
