So I have just received final approval for 21 out of 22 CXX projects requested. Only 1 was rejected due to production not feasible.
A few projects were initially rejected and then later made feasible due to re-test (eg. stubborn customer, lol).
Sonderwunsch then alerted me of a color that was later made available in a special finish that would tie up my entire build perfectly.
With a tight production schedule and a condensed testing period from Sonderwunsch, it's never a straight forward process on a special project like this.
Waiting for the car to lock in a few weeks time and production begins in mid July. Thanksgiving can't come quick enough this year!
Mine will be RHD as well. Expect it late next month or July.
Mine is RHD too, was March build then May, now expected July build. Has yours started yet? I think that if the car starts then stops it’s actually delayed further than those that haven’t started yet unfortunately for me.

Any insight on what projects have you gone for? I have about 15 on mine, a few wouldn’t pass feasibility like painted window surrounds (though they have done it in the past - quality issues apparently). I have fitted the carbon parts in the heritage interior, custom door puddle lights, custom door cards and seat etc.

Mine was also originally March build. Kept being pushed back. Said production end date was May 14 with delivery to dealer June 28. That date has passed with no new date so I assume it will be correct. Who knows? Carbon fiber delays was the reason it was pushed back 2 times, but no push back this time. We’ll see…

Yes its RHD......
One point i have not seen mentioned in any review yet is that of the Bucket seats. The ones in the ST are the most comfortable i have ever sat in, the seat base extends out more than any other Bucket seat i have sat in and has a slight bolster to support behind your legs. This is car is going to be great for long road trips.

I have a RHD arriving shortly too. Like many others originally March build with May delivery, but now expected end of June/beginning of July. Arriving with my dealer shortly.
I got the body shop and elevator pic last week. TYD hasn't updated as yet. Still saying it will complete production on 6/14 and 7/17 at the dealership.
How interesting that they turned you down on the window trim surround but said yes to my window trim surround project in matte weissgold. I wonder if it's a timing issue? With your car being produced much earlier than mine and they simply didn't have enough time to complete feasibility study?

For sure. I personally know of 3 US bound ST with full custom interior and that alone will run you by about 70K depending on the type of leather used and whether if you go with custom carpet or standard ones.
