I guess I’m one of them! With the holiday weekend I’m thinking late next week which would make it 3 weeks. Ugh. I guess it’s the luck of the draw in terms of what cars get picked up.

 

This for those who are on the Lake Taupo which departed Emden and is heading directly to JAX. Position is 12 hours delayed.

 

Hi All,

I have a TTS that’s been sitting in Emden since 5/2. It was supposed to ship out on 5/16 and arrive in Baltimore on 5/31. However, TYD has not updated here despite being past this date by 10 days now. It still shows “arrived at the German port.” Is there any scenario where the car made this vessel and the info has not been updated? My SA is saying no as they would see a ship on their end.

Assuming the info is accurate, and the car has not left yet, is it fairly safe to assume it will make the next vessel? Somebody posted a schedule showing the next Baltimore bound vessel will ship out on 5/28.

From my experience. Your SA is correct. If they don't see it, sorry to say it's still sitting in Emden.

 

Thanks for the reply. Bummer…kind of figured but was holding out hope. Hopefully it loads on the 5/28 departure.

 

For Freeport deliveries, Siem Confucius just arrived and Emden should be arriving in 2 days. Emden is scheduled to get to Freeport quicker as it has less intermediary stops. TYD’s estimated ship date would put my Cayenne S on Emden.

There seems to be long delays (1-2 weeks) at Freeport AFTER unloading due to transport shortage. My 911 has been at the port awaiting transport for 8 days. And for an additional 4 days while boat was anchored outside port prior to unloading.

 

I'm positive they are flying our cars over. Positive.

 

Can someone post the ship schedule for the next few weeks?

Appears I didn’t make the 5/28 vessel to Baltimore today…or if I did then TYD hasn’t told me. This is the 6th time I’ve gone through the process, so certainly no stranger to delays. But it’s a first for me to be delayed at this point - finished car that can’t seem to find its way on to a vessel.

 

Same story here, has been in the dock from May 7....

 

Anyone know vessel name waiting to ship out from Emden to JAX during this week?

Does anyone know if Porsche does port installs in Freeport? The factory just prepared the rear front fascia for high gloss black so I’m guessing this would get completed at the port.
