That sucks. My SA at Porsche mentioned when I was sitting in Emden for a few weeks and wondering if i'd get on a ship that fewer and fewer are coming around to the west coast. That the VW group will be assessing more of what you mentioned going forward.

Craziness is right. My car finished 3/30 and got on Heritage Leader to SD on 4/24. Makes no sense. Good luck.

It would be interesting to see if someone keeps any day this week. Porsche must have some allocations for this Siem vessel, it’s almost impossible to have nothing honestly.

Same. Now at 5/22. It actually showed 5/17 this morning for a short while. I’m headed to Halifax.

I still haven’t been able to find an updated east coast boat schedule for May.

You'll need to translate the page from German, but I think this is the website for the port of Emden. For those of us east coasters, looks like Siem Confucius has been delayed getting into port (its been anchored off Emden for two days). According to this site, its now expected in port 5/11, departing for Davisville 5/13. Might be throwing our TYDs out of whack. Mine still says departing port on 5/17, but as far as I know, nothing heading to Davisville is scheduled for that day.

Thanks man. They just updated the schedule on this website. It was showing 5/9 and 5/11. Obviously Siem has been parking outside Emden since 5/6…it tells something here. Finger crossed that we can see the movements that 5/11 will the date for leaving.

How are some of the delays for leaving port? I reserved a GT3 Touring that someone else had backed out of. The car arrived at the local port of entry (assuming Benicia) on 4/3, but has been sitting ever since. It had an estimated dealer arrival of 4/28, but then a few days ago it shifted to 5/22.

My car has been in Emden since March 3rd. Embarkation date changed to 5/22 just this week. That's the 4th such date I've seen on this car. It's possible the wing fastener inspection slowed it down at bit...and that issue presumably wouldn't apply to yours.
